1. Overview

Versture is an application that listens to sermons and displays referenced scriptures on the user's device.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Versture.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these ToS.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Versture offers a monthly subscription plan with limited hours.
Payments are processed via credit or debit card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay (GPay).
Unused monthly plan hours roll over to the next month only when you renew or purchase a new plan; otherwise, they expire one year after purchase.
All purchases are non-refundable.

4. Use of the Service

Versture relies on third-party speech-to-text services. Accuracy of scripture detection is not guaranteed.
Users retain full ownership of sermon content.
We do not store sermon audio.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Speech recognition may not be 100% accurate, and scripture references displayed may not be error-free.

Versture is not responsible for incorrect or missing scripture references.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the app.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect user transcripts to improve the service. Transcripts may be manually reviewed by our staff.

Third-party services process user audio for speech recognition.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these ToS from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
